Baked Goods We Offer
Since I have just started this business, my choices are somewhat limited. I am still in the process of learning and experienting. At this time I can create cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. I will do special occasion cakes, except for large or fancy wedding cakes. I use a vanilla buttercream frosting on all of my creations. The recipe does not contain butter or milk, so it does not require refrigeration. It's the first one I learned, and my friends and family love it! The flavor can be changed to compliment your cake or cupcake choice. If you are looking for a fondant cake, then I am not the baker for you. I love to try new recipes and techniques, so share your ideas with me.

Cookies
My vanilla sugar cookies are the favorite for my family and friends. They are buttery, thick, and soft. This recipe can be adapted with other flavors such as chocolate, lemon, almond, and more. As stated above, the icing can also be made to compliment the cookie flavor, or they are delicious on their own.
I will also make classic cookies - snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, oatmeal, and other varieties.
Cakes and Cupcakes
I can make a custom cake or cupcakes for any occasion.......birthdays, wedding showers, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, and more. My cakes is moist and is complimented with my vanilla buttercream icing. I can make a wide variety of cake flavors : Vanilla, Chocolate, Golden, Confetti, Lemon, Carrot, Velvet, Strawberry, Spice, Orange, Coconut, and many more! As the with the cake, a different flavor of icing can be chosen. We can make full size or mini size cupcakes, and several shapes for cakes. Pricing will depend on ingredient choices, size of cakes, and level of difficulty.
*Please note that if you choose a theme that is copyrighted (cartoon charaters, sports teams, logos,etc.) we have to follow strict guidelines.

Classic Icing Flavors- Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond
Specialty Flavors - (Add $1) - The classic icing and classic white cake can be adapted using a variety of flavorings. Some examples of these would be : Lemon, Strawberry, Banana, Apple, Pumpkin, Caramel, Grape, Cherry, Peach, Cappucino, Mocha, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Pecan, Raspberry, Lime, Maple, Peanut Butter, Coconut, Orange, Watermelon, Cotton Candy, Bubble Gum, Butterscotch, Cheesecake, Coffee, Cookies and Cream, Cranberry, Marshmallow, Pineapple, Licorice, Root Beer, and many more!! The flavor combinations are endless and I love to get creative!
Other Treats
Do you have a favorite treat, but youre not a baker, or don't have time? Make a request and we might be able to make it happen. Brownies, Dessert bars, Muffins, Pie, Sweet Breads, and more will be considered. Due to cottage food laws, I can't prepare anything to sell that is perishable, so keep that in mind.
Gift Ideas
Treats make a wonderful gift to show someone that you care. I can make gift platters, gift boxes, favor bags or boxes, mason jar gifts, and more. Creativity and uniqueness will be the key to their heart. I can personlaize items for an additonal cost.
